Practices at Lightning Leiden
You are always more then welcome to come and practise or just to take a look.
The first 4 practices are free.
All practises and games will be held on the field at the Boshuizerkade.

Things you need to bring your first practise:
- Clothes which can get dirty
- Shoes with studs
- Mouthpiece (available for €3 at the canteen)
Helmet and shoulderpads are available to you the first practices.
When you decide to keep on playing please consult with your coach which equipment suits you and your position best.

Peewee's:
From 8 till 13 years
Friday: 18:00 - 19:30
Cubs:
From 12 till 16 years
Friday: 18:00 - 19:30
Cadets:
From 14 till 18 years
Friday: 18:00 - 19:30
Sunday: 12:00 - 14:00
Senioren
From 18 years
Wednesday: 20:00 - 22:00
Friday: 20:00 - 22:00
Sunday: 14:00 - 17:00
